No repairs - ever - if we send you a projection screen and it doesn't work or it turns up damaged - we send you a new one.So you don't have to wait if we mess up. If you mess up yourself, it's a different story of course.
No return shipping cost - When we have to send you a replacement screen because of a mistake we made, we pay for the collection cost. So you never pay return cost.
A wide selection of screens from stock - We ship a wide range of products from stock, so many projector screens arrive withing days. Sometimes even the next day. (the exact shipping time depends on your location of course)
Shipping and availability info avalable 24 hours per day - Want to know the status of your orderat 11 pm? No problem, log in to the dealer area and you have the exact status of your order available
Drop shipments without extra cost - When you need your projection screen delivered directly to your customer, it's no problem. Nor does it cost any extra. We do this daily for many of our customers and we'll gladly do it for you too.
Virtual tech support in the field - There are installation videos for many of our screens. In MP4, you can take it with you, so you have the right info at the right time. Very handy when your customer is looking over your shoulder.
